You have been paged out to a 10-50 involving a reported truck down an embankment, with one person trapped.  Initial size up puts the truck down a steep embankment 100ft from the roadway. Portions of the guardrail were damaged and the area is heavily wooded. The drive is pinned by his foot on the passenger side of the cab.  The vehicle is a dump-truck, as indicated the bed has opened and the vehicle is stabilized.

How would you approach this crash scene and extrication?  Provide you feedback concerning the priorities you would place on this call and estimation concerning how much time you will need on-scene until the patient is extricated.

Below you will have three photo's with captions that will provide more details.
